The US Marshal Service program or list of the fifteen most wanted criminals was established back in the year of 1983. This is an effort prior to the apprehension and investigation of the high-profile offenders that are also considered as the most dangerous criminals or fugitives. These are offenders who are also career criminals with history on violence and instant offense that eminently poses serious and dangerous threats against the safety of the people and the public as a whole.
Actually, the past and current criminals include sex offenders, drug lords, murderers, crime figures and even individuals with financial crimes. The list is somewhat similar but not alike with the FBI’s list of ten most wanted criminals.
In fact, Wesnel Isaac is added on the new most wanted criminal list. He is suspected to be a kidnapper and murderer by the Office of the Lee County Sheriff due to multiple violent offenses that include attempted homicide, home invasion, triple homicide and felon due to firearm possession.
More so, the office requested for further assistance from the regional task force for the local warrant. This is the federal warrant for illegal flight that was issued in Florida’s Middle District. Isaac truly has his violent reputation of being unwilling to work together with the law enforcement. He is a serious threat and dangerous fugitive.
Even authorities further believed that Isaac fled back to Haiti in 2007 to even stay with his family members. Nevertheless, the most-updated information points out that Isaac already returned in the United States, in the year of 2010.
Truly, the program was instituted along with the presence of armed and prepared U.S Marshals to arrest this newly-added criminal. However, the U.S Marshals are first subjected to a rigorous training.
In regard with the U.S Marshal Training, it is mainly conducted at the (FLETC) that is located in Brunswick in Georgia.
