The white building clear down the canal is the Euclid building. That’s where I went for my course in Amsterdam. I do say that the classroom’s view over the canal was a bit distracting. Perhaps, any window in a classroom is a distraction. Most of the buildings on the left of this picture belong to the University of Amsterdam, though the buildings were all over the city. There’s even an UvA building just outside of the red light district.
