Okay, I think I like the black and white better, simply for the power that the strap on the girl's back. It seems more vibrant in the black and white.

I agree with Jake, but for a different reason. The top picture has a lower Kolmogorov complexity. Yet as a person, I think I could extract about the same amount of information from the top picture as the bottom one.
