Where was that sign? Signs with words are so lame.
I was at the Ben Franklin exhibit at the Nature and Science Museum a few weeks ago and they had the sign from his father's shop. It was just a big, blue wooden ball.

There are like snakes on the ends of them... reminds me of Monsters Inc and Mike Z's girlfriend's hair!

This was taken in Szentendre, Hungary. (over two years ago... yes, I'm slow to post photos)
A blue ball is a pretty sweet sign for a shop. I think simple signs are more effective... they certainly leave more an an impression.
